Ordering your Cat Portrait
The
Setting
I prefer
to paint portraits that integrate cats into still-life arrangements or other fun arrangements that will bring out their personalities.
I can paint a portrait of your cat using photographs supplied by you and suggest a setting that will suit your cat.
I vary the content of every cat portrait I paint – No two arrangements are ever the same. However, you may request an
arrangement similar to samples shown at http://www.janeloveallstudio.com. You may also choose to integrate some of your own family's objects into your cat portrait
(such as vases, paperweights, plants, cat toys, etc.)
We can discuss your preferred colors and, of course, you
will have an opportunity to comment on the specific arrangement before I start your painting.

Shipping and insurance is included in the price (USA and Canada only).
Payment
I accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER Cards, personal checks, money orders and, of course, cash.
A 50% deposit is required at the time I accept your commission.
The balance will be due upon completion.
Your portrait will be shipped after your final payment is received.
Sales Tax
California residents will be required to pay 7.375% Sales Tax.
Shipping and Insurance
Your painting is shipped flat or in a shipping tube, unframed
and unmatted. To ensure that your painting arrives undamaged, we us a priority mail service and ship insured using USPS,
FED EX or UPS. Shipping is included in the price for U.S. and Canada. International orders will be billed
for shipping.
If you wish, you may arrange to pick-up your painting at the Studio.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your painting, you may return it within 14 days at your expense
(insured) for a refund (less shipping) provided it is not damaged after receipt. However, if your painting is of a highly
personal nature that may not have resale value, you will be charged 25% of the cost. If the painting is eventually sold, your
25% will be refunded.
Damage
It is unlikely that your painting will be
damaged in transit. However, if it is, you must report the damage to us and to the carrier in order to file an insurance claim.
Please keep the box and all shipping materials for the carrier to examine. If the carrier accepts the claim, you will be entitled
to a full refund or to a replacement painting. Copyright
Information
Artist retains the copyright for all cat portraits.
Unless you have an objection, your cat portrait may be considered for reproduction as Open Edition or Limited Edition
fine art giclee prints. You never know - Your cat may become famous someday!
